The prices listed are my general base rates. Discounts negotiated on bulk orders/contract basis. All job requests will be provided with an accurate quote once the specific project details are confirmed.

BSF (Basic Studio Fee) includes:
• Studio fee/Session set-up
• Script preparation (pronunciation, annotation etc) • Professional, noise-free recording
• Quality control (proof-listening)
• Editing if required
• Uploading of audio
• Delivery – In most cases 24 hours or less

If you have a budget for your project that doesn’t seem to line up with the rates posted here, I’m happy to discuss your needs and your budget and try to work with you to achieve a mutually acceptable solution. REVISIONS & RETAKES
Upon acceptance of script and subsequent delivery of voiceover, and within 30 days, client may request up to two re-takes if relating to clarity, pronunciation, interpretation or overall narrative feel. Further re-takes will be charged at 50% of original cost. Technical/pronunciation errors will be corrected free of charge. The recording of a script that was revised after the first text was officially approved and recorded, is regarded and billed as a new project at 1/3rd of the original fee.

PAYMENT TERMS
Once my services have been officially engaged, the agreed fee is payable within 30 days of invoice via online bank payment/transfer. Payment via Paypal must be agreed in advance and will incur a 5% charge to cover their fees.

LATE PAYMENT

If you think payment could take longer than 30 days, then this must be agreed in advance. If outstanding payment exceeds 30 days without prior agreement, fees will be added to the total owed, as per the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998, as amended and supplemented by the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Regulations 2002.

ARTIFICAL INTELLIGENCE

When employing my voice services, you must adhere to the following terms and conditions relating to AI practices;

1) You must expressly agree not to utilize any portion of my recording or performance for purposes other than those specified in the initial Agreement between us, including but not limited to creation of synthetic voices or for machine learning.

 2) Specifically, you shall not utilize any of my recording or performance to simulate my voice or likeness, or to create any synthesized or “digital double” voice or likeness of my voice.

 3) You specifically agree not to sell or transfer ownership of all or part of any of my recordings or performance to any third party without my knowledge and consent.

 4) You agree not to enter into any agreements or contracts on my behalf which utilizes all or any part of any of my recordings or performance without my knowledge and consent.

 5) You agree that any recordings or performances stored in digital format will be reasonably stored so that unauthorized third parties may not gain access to the files containing my voice or likeness, and if such files are stored in “the cloud”, you agree to safeguard same through encryption or other “up-to date” technological means.
